Return & Exchange Policy

At Marfay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know about our Returns & Refunds.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange: 

The item must be in unused and unwashed condition.

The item must be returned/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original packaging and with all tags still attached.

How to Return/Exchange an Item:

Return/Exchange Approval: Once we review your request, we’ll send you instructions on how to return/exchange the item.

Ship It Back: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back. 

NOTE: Return/Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days. If you paid via credit card, please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.

NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
